About me.

Hi, I’m Hannah Jaussen, LAT, CSCS, PES, PNL1.

With over 15 years of experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer, I’ve had the privilege of working with college and Olympic athletes, helping them perform at their best while staying healthy and resilient. In addition to my background in athletic training, I’m a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and hold certifications in Precision Nutrition and Performance Enhancement Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

My work extends beyond athletes—I also have experience supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, guiding them as they maintain and restore wellness after childbirth. I believe true health is holistic, weaving together the physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of life.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through workouts, pickleball, and tennis, as well as reading, cooking, and connecting with friends. I also love to travel, and through my international work, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges of adapting to new foods, fitness routines, and cultural norms—insights I now use to help others navigate similar transitions.

My approach is simple and sustainable: instead of overhauling your life, I focus on creating realistic habits—big or small—that move you closer to your wellness goals. Wellness is a lifelong journey, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you with practical guidance, encouragement, and actionable steps.

Whether you’re looking for a one-time consultation or ongoing support, I’m here to meet you where you are. I look forward to helping you thrive.
